Formerly known as my ehealth and my results, MyCareCompass has expanded its services to offer a more holistic approach to managing your health. Apart from accessing your lab results, this platform allows you to book appointments, check-in online, browse health articles, and even shop from a marketplace with various exciting features.
With a MyCareCompass account, you gain access to a multitude of convenient and valuable services. Here are some key advantages of using MyCareCompass:
1. Visit mycompass.lifelabs.com.
2. Select your province.
3. Log in with your my ehealth log-in credentials. If you cannot recall your my ehealth password, click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the Login page for assistance.
4. If you are new to MyCareCompass, click on ‘Create an Account’ at the bottom right corner of the screen.
5. Enter your email and choose a password that will serve as your future login credentials for MyCareCompass.
6. Complete your profile by providing your first and last name, address, phone number, and date of birth.
7. Select and answer standard security questions or customize your own. You will need to answer one of these questions each time you sign into your MyCareCompass account to ensure security.
8. After reading and accepting the ‘Terms of Use’, verify your account by following the link sent to your email.
9. Log in and begin utilizing the features and benefits of MyCareCompass!
